I want to be sure I'm understanding correctly. I'm not supposed to eat while I'm doing this, but after I'm done so hopefully I didn't spill because I'm not getting anything except water until I would normally eat next?

Correct; although I guess you could eat off of the floor if your really hungry.

I’m a bit of a neat freak, so I have a pretty good daily cleaning schedule. Everything in my apartment is probably clean enough to lick haha

I believe the idea was licking the 'clean' items around the house to make sure they are actually clean.

Either way my new task is: for each post melt 2 ice cubes using your body heat, you may melt 1 by mouth per session if you use at least 5 other cubes during that session (so max 1 in 6 cubes can be by mouth)
