To break away from the "winner picks dares for the loser" trend and get back to actually having concrete dares...

Loser must wear (and wet) the same diaper nonstop until it is uncontrollably leaking or until they mess in it.

If it leaks first, they have to repeat with a second diaper. Once that starts leaking, the dare ends but they must first masturbate through the wet diaper.

If they mess, the dare also ends but only after they must keep the diaper on for an additional hour and then masturbate before cleaning up (either through the diaper or after taking it off, their choice).
