Wrap an elastic bandage around your balls. Make sure each wrap is nice and tight. If you start out around the base of your balls, it will hold them in place nicely, then you can do some wraps around the balls to really squeeze them. Once they are nice and achy, get a flyswatter, and whack yourself as hard as you can once for each minute you think it will take you to cum. You then get that many minutes to cum.
