Make a list with productive things you need to do short term (the next 3 days for example). You're not allowed to cum until everything is done. In the evening before you go to sleep, you edge the amount of tasks that is still on your list.
Also keep the list up to date with things you need to do.

If you're going to do something non productive like just search the web, make it as uncomfortable as possible. Squat balancing on the balls of your feet with pegs on your nipples and pussy lips until you do something productive. Then you can sit on a chair and take the pegs off.
