i dont have icy hot, so i used toothepast. i lathered it on there and it burns like hell! its still in there, the longer its in there the more it burns. keep the dares comming!

Hmm...
Take a pair of boxers, shove them up your ass, leave them there all day (24 hours) you can only take them out to go to the bathroom (max of 5 mins) then you must put them back in. You must also do any other anal dare you are given, if someone says put a plug in, you have to put a plug in, while the undies are still in there.
