Hey, can anyone give me some creative fitness dares for a 24m?

for example:

what to wear under clothes when running / rolling dice to determine repetitions? / how many press ups to do / how many sit ups to do / CBT / creative stuff?!

I want to be punished into getting fit

I promise to do any creative exercises posted here or PM'd to me!

Going for a run;
Get a pink or black bra, white t-shirt, dark shorts and a bottle of water.
Get dresssed then jump on the rowing machine, row for 5 minutes. how far you rode is far you are going to run. Divide the distance by 6 then roll a dice. that determines how many parts of the run must be completed with a wet t-shirt showing off your bra. Oh i nearly forgot dont forget to cine on your shorts before you go out.#therunofshame
