Very simple:

Make a few naked or otherwise embarrassing photos of yourself. It can be simple nude or for advanced dare players make it a masturbating picture, put them on a usb drive or sd card, go to a public digital photo printer (like the ones in Boots in the UK), print them out. There's a big screen on the machine so everyone in a 20 meter circle will see it. Walk out proudly.
