23f weight loss help
Hi! I’m 23f looking for some kinky dares / rules / punishments / rewards that will aid in my weight loss journey. I’m currently 5’4 and 195 lbs. My goal goal weight is ~120 but my first goal weight is 174! I’m currently going on a walk everyday, not eating any sweets, and intermittent fasting.
