Absolutely slather the inside of your panties with elmer's glue before sliding them on tight, then wear some super tight-fitting pants over the top! Duct tape the waist and then let them dry. Make sure to drink a tea/coffee and a litre of water after taping the waist, it must have been thirsty work. Don't remove those pants for any reason until 4 hours have passed.
