Good job creating such a decent ad; I have not seen too many ads as detailed and thought out. I actually match the description of what you are looking for, as I match the quoted below; however, I'm now too keen on associating a face pic with my private kinky life to a stranger (to me.)

Not to go off on a tangent, but your application form is very limited on body type. As someone who eats healthy and frequents the gym, I must say that to only include athletic, slim, skinny and average is not covering the basis of fit body types. Athletic to slim is a big gap, and having a six pack only correlates with low body fat(8-13%) and a decent core, varying from person to person of course.

Just to fully understand the premise of what you seek and represent, and I hope I may ask this question because the original post did not exclude asking any questions, but did include the support of opinions -my opinion stated above-.
