There's part of the problem, you need to figure out a schedule to eat by and if you miss it, then you skip said meal. Need a rigid 3 meals a day schedule. Which also means eating each meal the same time of day regardless if you're at work or have the day off.

I'll probably set my schedule to be 9am, 1pm and 6pm, wearing my muzzle any time I'm at home and it's not an eating time, skipping any meals I miss the time on

You should also report in this thread daily, so we know what you're doing and what you're skipping. Lying won't help, you would not be lying to us, but to yourself.
Post a FULL report of all you did in the day to get to the weight you're aiming for.
