I'm not too familiar with hanging wedgies but I would tell you to add toothpaste to your underwear making sure there is a generous amount near your vagina and anus. It will sting for a little bit but wear off!

Set a stopwatch, blindfold yourself and begin your wedgie. Your goal is to stop your wedgie at five minutes! If you go under five minutes you will reapply toothpaste and go for another five minutes.

If you go over five minutes you will take off those underwear and soak a pair in freezing cold water and put those on. Wedgie in those for five minutes.
