I’m not sure there is much in the way of dares for women who are pregnant, perhaps tasks which are sensitive to pregnancy e.g. exclude use of certain chemicals or physical harm.

Assuming you’re actively lactating, I imagine being dared not to pump for a day or two would be fun, knowing that you’re engorged and in discomfort.

To keep your breast full over a long time is probably a bad idea. Engorged mammary glands can lead to fever and can cause a lot of pain (not the good kind of pain)
