27/MtF Work "Breaks"/Dares

I've been on the site awhile, lurking and getting ideas from other dares; but now I think I'm ready for post #1.

I've got a pretty quiet day of working from home so i figure some breaks are in order. Feel free to make them as punishing/torturous as you like in accordance to my signature block.

Looking specifically for a few themes:
Lunch break
Exercise break

Of course I am open to all ideas, thanks~

During an exercise break apply nipple clamps and insert your vibe plug. With the vibe plug on complete as many jumping jacks as you can before the plug falls out or you get to 10. Then use your bullet vibe to edge as many times as jumping jacks completed before pulling off the clamps and removing the plug. If you got 10 jumping jacks, go ahead and orgasm on the tenth edge.
