2. Time how long it takes from when you start stroking, to the time you finally blow your load on your face and in your mouth. If you spit the load out, triple this number, and that's how many minutes you must wait before cleaning up. If you swallow, double the number, then wait that long to clean up

Example: It takes you 10 minutes of masturbating to cum on your face.
If you swallow the load, you may clean up 20 minutes after your orgasm.
If you spit out the load, you may clean up 30 minutes after your orgasm.

So a little over 7 minutes on the first. I rounded up to 15 minutes after i spit it out and got ready to go again. I couldnt swallow it but still got plenty in my mouth.
