Requesting daily denials and rules for a stay at home slut.

Hi All! It has been awhile.

I'm working from home now and looking to give up some control.

I'm looking for short rules and denials. Examples of what I already have:

Rules: *These can be for the length of stay at home, or for just a day.
1. Absolutely no underwear unless they are in my mouth or pussy.
2. Be naked unless making a video call.
3. Keep legs spread shoulders with or more apart when sitting.
4. Maintaining good submissive manners.

Denials: *Assume these are per day.
1. Denied using the bathroom with the door shut for a day.
2. Denied sleeping on the bed for a night.
3. Denied orgasms without permission.
4. Denied eating like a human for a meal. If denying this, please specify how I should eat (out of hand, dog bowl, or floor, or something else you may come up with.

Please add more rules, denials, and even punishments.

On a day of your choosing you are denied from bending your knees. If you mess up more than twice you will get punished within your limits.

If you need to go outside you must ask someone online what you can wear. Ask thirty minutes before you have to leave, if they don’t answer in time you can wear whatever you want.
For every post in this thread at the end of the day equals one minute you must spend in bondage each day. The time will obviously grow each day, so if the thread becomes popular enough you can reduce the time to thirty seconds per post.

Today I woke up and spanked each check 20 times before getting out of bed. I did ten mins of yoga from a youtube video, ate breakfast, showered, all the normal stuff. After catching up on this thread, I wrote down a positive about myself. So far so good.

I do have to run to drop to drop off a bill today and may go for a walk at the park afterwards. I will be wearing a mask with underwear in my mouth underneath. As per rule above, I must ask what what I can wear from you all. I have dresses, long skirts, business skirts, short skirts, pants, leggings, shorts, tshirts, tank tops, cardigans, other basics, dresses that fall mid thigh. What may I wear?

6. 10 mins of yoga daily.
7. Spank each ass cheek 20 times before getting in bed and when getting out of bed.
8. Bondage one minute per post.
9. Must ask for what to wear before leaving the house...30 minutes prior. If nobody says anything then it is what I want.
10. Must have an underwear gag under mask when leaving the house.
11. This one is from a pm. Required to slap face 20 times...10 for each cheek... before logging on here.

Denials:
1. Denied from sleeping in a bed or with a blanket.


I think these are all so far. Please suggest more denials or rules. Simple is preferable.

Also, I used to follow rules on here where I was only allowed to refer to self in third person and in degrading terms when on a thread I started. I will go back to this if anyone would rather it.
