Many people in the US are self quarantined at home as Buisnesses have been forced to close due to the outbreak...

These times can be very stressful so you must practice keeping all your muscles relaxed. If you’re like me, you carry your stress by tensing muscles in the neck or in my case the abs. Whenever sitting or laying, try your best to relax if you feel any muscle tense.
