Hello, I missed a challenge and now I have to create a pool with diet options, the one that gets more votes I will have to follow for 9 months.Give suggestions for calendar, what to eat each day, schedules, types of food I can eat.

Anxious to see what they will choose, the voting ends on my birthday, so that next year I will start the diet that will define how much of my year will be

You can define some rules that I have to follow, I will choose the ones that are most suitable or that I find most interesting

I think you should set a weight loss goal. You should figure out what your lowest healthy weight is and either loose that divided by 9 pound per month or if that would have you losing to much weight per month you should have to lose as much weight per month as is safe, with punishments if you fail.

That's a good idea, I'm currently 70.90 kilos and I'm 1.69 m tall.By my accounts I have to lose 18.2 kilos in 9 months if I have to do the diet for weight loss

It would be practically 2 kilos per month, if it is the chosen one I will think again on the 30th and see how much I will have to lose per month, if I fail to lose it in some month I will have to be punished.

Will someone be monitoring you? Because if not, I highly doubt that you will be able to keep up the yet-to-be-decided diet for nine months (39 weeks, or 270 days!). Not to mention that following most of the diets in the poll are unhealthy or one-sided unless you've done extensive research on each of them or at least the one you're going to follow.

Perhaps you'd like to follow a diet for a couple of weeks and then decide if you want to continue for a couple more weeks or month. Of course, this suggestion is based on a generalisation on people going through with such incredibly long-term dares because I don't know you personally. Still, just think it over and the best of luck!

Yeah, there's a reason I specified lowest *healthy* weight. The fact that you used metric threw my off at first, but I checked a BMI calculator and it looks like you're already on the low end of "normal you gave you're already on the low end of normal https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/edu.../BMI/bmi-m.htm and losing over 18 kg would put you into eating disorder range. So as much as I like inflicting small portions on people I'd suggest you not do the weight loss diet, or at least talk to your doctor about it (a good idea for any diet).
