Make me your workout bitch
Hello getdare members,
I am looking to improve my fitness level. I am slightly overweight now (170 lbs, 172 cm). Currently, I am able to do around 25 pushups, 20 situps, and 30 squats non-stop. And I am tasked to do this 20 min workout routine everyday just after waking up (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBMk30rjy0o) I am free 24x7. Please add some workout tasks to my routine. You can give me video links or give me anything custom made. You can get kinky and give me something like butt workout whole day etc. I am targeting to loose around 10 lbs in the next 30 days and develop significant muscles. Please be reasonable as per my current fitness level. I'll write full report after each task along with my full body pic (without face) and current weight. If I fail to do any task on time, I'll accept spanking on my ass as punishment. I have a wire that I normally use for spanking. Complete Summary

Here's the complete report of what I have done so far (Sorry I took me a long time to report here as I was mostly reporting on kik group): Day 1: (Oct 10) - Morning Weight: 172 pounds (Sorry I didn't click image of weight that day ) - Here's how i looked in the morning before doing any workout: https://www.kinktalk.com/talk/media/...pg.132712/full - Firstly i did 15 up-downs. (Similar to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E6VsKt3HQ78) which was pretty simple but got my heart rate up. - Then I did the 20 min full body workout which was a lot harder than I earlier expected especially the part where I had to side planks. It took me a lot of breaks to finish that. Sorry I forgot to click after doing this workout. - I felt really weak after those workouts and did the cardio workout in the night. The cardio workout was really tiring and my whole body was drenched in sweat after that. Here's the pic after that workout: https://www.kinktalk.com/talk/media/...og.132713/full - After that, I didn't have any strength either to do power yoga or to do 2-in-1 belly workout but I did manage to complete the 15 up-downs in the night before sleeping. - I also did the 10 edges while taking hot shower. It was really fun but frustrating at the same time. Day 2: (Oct 11) - I woke up with pain in thighs and booty but lesser than I expected. - Morning weight: 170.0 (I got really excited to see less weight then previous day. It was even harder than previous day as my body was sore. Day-3: - To my surprise, I didn't feel much pains in the morning and my morning weight was down to 169 (pic: https://www.kinktalk.com/talk/media/...pg.132711/full) - Before workout pic: https://www.kinktalk.com/talk/media/...pg.132718/full - I decided to do the cardio instead of full body workout as I skipped the cardio the previous day. It was still hard to do in one go but I was able to complete it with just one break of 2 min. I am following this from today and my underwear is already really smelly now. In total, I have skipped 4 tasks in last two days. So, I'll accept 4 punishment posts of ass spanking. Limit of 100 spanks per cheek per post. I have a wire that can be used for spanking which has three ends (rubber end: hurts skin, hard end: hurts deeper, point end: for bruises and blood).
