Timer-corner-discipline dare.

Preparing:
You need digital clock alarm of computer timer for this dare.

Parameters:
Values that I used are in brackets.
T0 (5 minutes) - initial time of dare
K (2) - multiplier for early watching timer.
Tmax (1 hour) - maximum duration of dare

Algorithm:
* If dare lasts more then Tmax - you may stop it and count dare paseed.
1) Set timer for T0.
2) You should close eyes or lock yourself in small space and wait (may add anything you want), you should not see timer at all.
3) You may watch timer any moment you want. If timer shows T>5seconds: T0=T*K and goto 1) else dare passed.
4) If you hear alarm you are late. T=T0 and goto 1)

Notes:
This dare helps control time.
Analyze results of this dare. You may find out patterns of your behaviour.
If you treat emotion related to dare, this dare will be more useful.

1) If timer shows more than 5 seconds, you should add time.
For example: timer shows 2 minutes, and K= 3, you should continue dare with T0=6 minutes.
If T<5 seconds - dare passed, because you may neglect 5 seconds.
