two more things that'll make you more mindful of your diaper use:
-recored in your signature: "I have wet my diaper xxx times since February 21" and update the count on a daily basis
-Keep your used diapers for 6 days before throwing them out and write on them after use: "used on Thursday 21nd, throw out Wednesday 27th"

For keeping them though, I’d prefer not to? I like to keep neat so the idea of keeping them really grossed me out. I will accept a punishment since I refused a request that’s not in my limits

I love it when an innocent request (no holes were violated in this request, and no pain was inflicted) evokes such strong reactions. So I will think of a punishment as you suggested: put on your gag and keep it on until you edge from humping yourself against the bedpost... Enjoy!
