So I’m a big fan of naps just how every one else is

I’m currently in school and working. I work a morning shift, have a long break where I take my naps, then go back to work. I kind of want to spice up my nap time a little more.
I guess I should also throw in normal sleeping while I’m at it.

What should I do before I nap/sleep? How should I nap/sleep?

I think I’m a little to privileged just being able to fall asleep so peacefully

You will drink at least half a liter of water 15 minutes before u go to bed/nap and u can't pee until u are at work/school again.

U will always sleep wearing a string but with the smalles piece in front and pulled up in a nice wedgie

I did this yesterday before my nap and only succeeded due to the fact I took my nap later than usual. On the way there I was miserable and could feel myself leaking.
