Help fixing my bad habits

Hello everyone.

Note: Please read to the end

I have serious problems with some bad habits that I keep doing sometimes daily
and these habits if not stopped will cause me troubles.

Firstly I love girls feet, I keep staring at women feet and shoes every day when I go to my work or in streets or anywhere. I have an Instagram account where I am following almost all feet models and feet queens. I login to my Instagram and watch these feet pics and videos which I love so much and this wastes alot of my time.

Here comes the second bad habit, I get horny so I masturbate to those feet and I even go to porn websites and watch porn while masturbating. I watch feet pov and feet worship videos. (I never worshipped a feet in real till now).

I may masturbate daily or twice a day sometimes.

I really waste my time for this and don't study.

Third bad habit is wasting time on playing android games.

I need help from everyone here, Please please help me.

I know that fixing habits is not a simple process. It takes time and effort to be fixed.

I know that I should be punished for what I do. The punishment should mainly include self spanking and any other punishments that you see appropriate to fix the problem.

So I came to ask you for help, to ask you for punishing me and making me stop these habits or at least control or decrease them.


If you could give me a single punishment that's ok and thank you for your help.

If you can punish me for a week or two and trace my progress on kik or something that's a big thank you.

I hope that all of you help me with this issue.

Update : I work as a teaching assistant at my university, so I meet a lot of female students and work mates that I stare at their feet.
