Cruel Punishments for weak 18/F

I was unable to complete most dares ive been given. It is currently 11:58PM I am in bed, in my underwear my sports bra and a T-Shirt. I am unable to get up or get many resources so I ask for simple punishments, be cruel though

I'm going to give you three punishments, these shouldn't break any limits, but feel free to ignore any of them that do. All of these are punishments that last until you do a certain amount of other tasks that are within your likes list

1. Sleep on the floor of your closet(I'm assuming the noise limit is because you live with friends/family, but do not share a room, If I'm wrong, I apologize, if you don't have a closet, sleep on the floor in a spot that doesn't give you a ton of room). This should continue every day except for times that another dare requires you to sleep on your bed. This punishment ends after you do 7 bondage tasks total.

2. You may only shower in cold water, no warm water at all. This punishment ends after doing 5 Wedgie tasks that last longer than an hour.

3. While alone, immediately twist your nipples 6 times, and your clit 3 times, do this every 20 minutes afterwards. This punishment ends after you complete 15 anal tasks.
