Please motivate me for my first marathon (punishment/reward)

Hi,

In two days I'll be running my first full marathon. If everything goes extremely smoothly and I have a top day I hope to run it in 4 hours.

But I could use some extra motivation...

Feel free to send me your ideas about punishments for not finishing in time.
(rewards if I make it are welcome, too)

You could consider a day of denial for every 10 minutes you are over 4 hours.
And if you manage it see as a reward to not be denied

Thank you. I'll make it a bit more interesting by changing your day of denial to a week of denial for every 10 minutes late.

4 hours is a goal. Allow yourself 10 minutes grace, in fact since it is your first let's make it 15 minutes. So every minute or part of a minute over 4h15m will determine your spanking. Take the number, if there is one, and square it. That is the number of spanks to be given with a wooden brush or paddle on bare butt. So 4 minutes over gives 16, 12 over gives 144, and so on.

Thank you. I don't like spanking so that will make a good punishment.

How did the marathon go? First are always tough, so don't feel bad if it was it what you expected - other than the punishments of course!!!
A friend was doing his first, but serious runner and all forecasts said 2:45 or so based on other runs. Was lucky to pick himself up off the roadway and finish in something like 3:05-3:10 if I remember right. Maybe a bit slower even, and he was very well prepared.

I did it in 4:11 but are overall satisfied with my result. It was a bit too warm so I got overheated and had to take a break for 10 minutes at 40k to cool down a bit.
