Here I am, still serving my 18 day sentence 3 months later.
On Saturday it was this;

4/2 : *All day you must keep track of how many times you use the words I/me (or ich/mich/mir). For every usage, spank your ass 5 times.

I counted 23 times, so that's 115 spanks, I think.

I thought only spoken.

It depends. Have you "used" them? I guess you cannot write them without using them.
