Newbie 23 f going 24/7 in diapers

Hi,
I'm new to getdare but want help going into diapers 24/7. I don't want to mess at this point but am hoping that's a limit I can push. Would love to have diaper lifestyle type dates as well as bladder control dares(while in diapers).please control my lifestyle.i would also like to be in chasity so need rules for that.please let me maintain semi public or hidden public privacy with diapers while at work.

Here's an idea that might help. Every day you'll have at least 30 minutes where you're not diapered. However, you need to be sure to drink regularly beforehand and to drink at least 16 oz while not diapered. Be very careful to keep from peeing until you are diapered again. This way you will associate the relief with being diapered and it should help to reinforce the positive connections with your diapers.
