Motivate me to catch up on my school work!

Hi! As some of you may know, I was recently sick, and had some surgery done. I am now fully recovered, however I'm miles behind on my school work and being motivated to catch up is a struggle. So, I thought I'd ask around to see if anyone has any fun ideas to help me get more motivated, or maybe punishments if I don't do what I'm suppose to etc. Anything within my limits goes really, so feel free to post any idea you might have. I'll be posting some reports or updates as I get some dares/tasks/rules.

Well, I'm looking into doing 2-3 hours a day, for at the very least the next two weeks if not more.

In that case....

You will be denied for the next two weeks. You may orgasm now once, but then you must start.
However: for each hour of homework you do, you may deduct half a day from your denial. For each day you don't do at least 2 hours you must add one day to your denial.

This way, if you stick to your plan, you should be out of denial on the 6th day.

Everyday you hit your goal you get to have a ruined orgasm, if you go 3 days in a row you get to have a normal orgasm. If you miss any day or don't ruin your orgasm when told, you can't cum for 3 days and then must start gain.
