Punishments for a naughty girl

My mistress requests for some punishments. I must do all posted here within these limits: Nothing public, messy or will do perm. damage. Also nothing in holes or masturbation. I DO NOT provide pics so don't ask.

Fill up the bath tub with cold water. Put some ice cubes in it. Get in for at least 5 minutes. Get out and get in doggie style position for another 5 minutes. Then take a hot shower to warm up.

Ok, I did both off them. I don't really get what eagle spread meant but I just did it with my legs wide and arms wide. The bath was VERYYYYYY cold...
