I've got a good and simple one I've done before, and trust me, you might feel it for a little while after.

Start of by clearing a spot on your carpet, enough room to lay down and not have shit in your way, and then get a stopwatch/timer (I used my smart phone).
Now strip nude, get hard, and lay down on your back. Edge once, and then roll over onto your stomach.
You are going to hump the carpet using full thrusts/strokes. Your goal is to see how many times you can thrust in 60 seconds. Attempt this three times, counting the thrusts each time. Edge between attempts. Report your results here.
