Hm. Maybe we can expand the dare the dare last posted:

First wear 3 layers of tights for 3 days. Then gag yourself with the most inner pair as long as you can. If you manage it to stay in your mouth for only 1 hour, then wear toe socks for 5 days straight, 1-2 hours: 2 days, >2 hours: 1 day.

you must put some small pebbles into your shoes and wear no socks, you may not sit or lie down for 2 hours. when its over you may reward yourself with some toe sucking for 15 mins if you can reach, if not then do some stretching for 15 mins to get closer so one day you can reach.
