Ohh… one option would be
When you wake up, set a timer for 3 hours. When it goes off you’ll have 15 minutes to pee, drink 250 ml water, set the timer for 3 hours, repeat. With each meal, drink 600ml water, and 250ml water with each snack. |

Ohh… another one that you may is:
You may pee once an hour, but only 100 ml. After you’ve stopped peeing, you may edge, and pee another 100ml. Also, to stay hydrated you should drink 250 ml with every meal. |
