It is very easy, to do a rope walk.

All you need are two things to tie the rope too, (a door know, bed post, a chair with some weight on it)

Then stand in the middle and put one leg over the rope this will force the rope along your crotch.

Now line it up one lip on each side and start walking forward when you get to the end walk backwards.
