Excersize as fast as you can
I have always loved dice dares, so I'm going to give my first one a try!!!
Roll for your clothes: 1. Choose your clothes, skip the next two roles 2. Roll for top only, you will be naked on the bottom 3. Roll for bottom only, you will be naked on the top 4. Roll for both 5. Roll for top only and add one to your roll, you will be naked on the bottom 6. Roll for bottom only and add one to your roll, you will be naked on the top Top Clothes: 1. Your choice 2. T-shirt only 3. Sweatshirt only 4. Tank top 5. Underarmer anything 6. Nothing Bottom Clothes: 1. Your choice 2. Shorts/pants plus your choice of underwear 3. Shorts/pants only 4. Boxers 5. Tighty Whities 6. Naked Dare (any fails=go to punishment): 1. Run around your block as fast as you can. How many seconds it takes is the number of push-ups you must do 2. Do 100 jumping jacks, 75 push-ups, 50 squats, and 25 sit-ups nonstop 3. Do 100 squats nonstop. You have 5 min. Once you finish, you can wait until the end of the five min. Then, you repeat. Do this 5 times 4. Run up and down stairs for 1 hour nonstop 5. Go and run 7 miles 6. Do all of them in one week max. Punishment: 1. Lick all of your clothes 2. Rub your clothes in your butt, then lick 3. Redo the dare that you failed until you can complete it 4. Do 3, but every time you fail roll one more time, even=2 odd=1 5. Do 4, but instead of rolling go straight to 2 6. Reroll and and one to your role
