Default Sleep interruption

Based on an eight hour average sleep cycle. If you sleep less, work out the ratio of time in between each part.

Things needed:
Alarm clock
Bed

Lets put bed time at midnight just for the explanation portion, as this will vary. Also, the series of alarms must be preset too. You must start edging at 11:45 and continue for at least 15 minutes, no cumming. Midnight starts your sleep cycle, if you don't fall asleep quickly well you're screwed (ha ha ha). At 2 am your alarm will go off again, you must edge again for 15mins no cumming. 4am, again edge for 15mins no cumming. 6am, edge 15 mins no cumming. 8am edge 15mins no cumming.

11:45pm - edge
12:00am - sleep
02:00am - edge
04:00am - edge
06:00am - edge
08:00am - edge
08:00am - 11:45pm next night no edging or cumming.
At 11:45pm next night you may edge, however you must cum at 11:59pm all over your pillow case. If you do, now you get to sleep uninterrupted until the am with cum all over your face and pillow. If you did not cum by 11:59pm, tough shit. You must repeat the process until you can do it right.
