[Dare] Person Above 'Bully' Punishments

You just finished a swim meet, the whole team is piling into the locker room. They’re all complaining because the team just lost by a hair, and your just too slow time was what dragged them all down. You try to breeze by them unnoticed, but the angriest of them all was the team captain — who also happened to be the most notorious bully in the school — and he grabs you by the shoulder.
He turns you to face him and begins berating you, telling you what a waste you are on the team and that you should be punished for holding them all back.

“In fact, I know just how to do it…” he says as he gets a crooked and mischievous grin on his face. You attempt to cover yourself with your towel and back up a bit but one of your other teammates is right behind you, blocking your way. He quickly grabs the back of your Speedo when you bump into him and yanks it up your back quickly. When you yelp, he turns you around so that the captain can grab onto your Speedo and yank it as high up your back as he can. He even lifts you off the ground a few times, pulling the fabric up with all his strength. The locker room is filled with laughter as your other teammates watch, (d6) of them giving your ass a hard smack as they walked by. When he starts to heard the sound of fabric ripping, the captain finally lets you down and gives your ass one last smack.

“Be faster next time or this will be much worse, got it?”
