New Rules for 2024

I know it's a bit early, but by popular demand I was requested to make another poll for 2024 rules rather then just tweaking a few on my own. If anyone has any new rules or ideas or rules they'd like to change please suggest some.

So far the rules for 2023 were as follows:

Always wear red lipstick
