2023 - New Year Resolution - January Torture Add Thread

Following a fairly quiet year I have decided to make 2023 a year for development. I have certain goals I would love to achieve and I have really enjoyed the input and friendships previous threads have given me.

I have 3 goals for this year:

1. To become more motivated
2. To increase exercise to 1 hour and 30 minutes per week
3. To build on skills learned in previous years, and improve

Now, it's really easy for me to set a goal and not stick to it. That's why I have the 'accountability failsafe'. Every month a new thread will be created, and every month I will need to hit targets in order to succeed.

I MUST complete 1 hour and 30 minutes of exercise per week, and confirm with a short report at the end of each week in January. If I don't complete I need to ask GD chat, post on here or request punishment from any of my kik, lovense or other contacts and write a report on here.

Each section will give anyone posting (or a random generator) a set of tasks to issue me. These will be keyword based with numbers that a random generator can also select.

I welcome creativity, and if my keywords aren't sufficient and you want to test out ideas I will gladly work with you inside my limits to perform and report on the tasks you set.
