✖ Wishlists

Hi there!

Looking for some advice on creating wishlists, specifically:

Lists that allow items from all over the web.
Lists that are focused on one big website.
Lists with the ability for viewers to purchase listed items for the wishlister, preferably with both sides of the transaction being anonymous.
A possible mix of the above?

Any and all help is appreciated, so long as it's useful and not just the first thing you googled, because obviously I can do that for myself.
