22F Rules/tasks for working from home

Hello!

I would like to do four good hours of boring at-home desk-work and need some motivation/rules. Perhaps some punishments would be helpful if I get distracted. I will provide detailed reports of all dares/tasks in this thread.

I live alone. The work I need to do is just sort of monotonous computer stuff and does not involve any sort of video calling or anyone else.

Toys, likes, and limits are in my signature. I have normal household items and am able to purchase things if necessary.
