I like to keep my booty in pain and want to get in a better shape.
In a single post one can add upto 4 of the following (can give same item multiple times): 1. 30 spanks on left ass cheek with rubber end of wire. 2. 30 spanks on right ass cheek with rubber end of wire. 3. 20 spanks on left ass cheek with sharp end of wire. 4. 20 spanks on right ass cheek with sharp end of wire. 5. 10 spanks on asshole with rubber end of wire. 6. 20 normal squats. 7. 20 sumo squats. 8. 15 pushups. 9. 15 situps. 10. Holding murgasan for 1 min. 14. 20 spanks on balls with my hands. 15. 15 spanks on asshole with rubber end of the wire. 16. 5 spanks on asshole with sharp end of the wire. 17. 45 sec side plank. (left). 18. 45 sec side plank (right). 19. 35 non-stop squat pulses. 20. Hold leg raise for 1 min. * Can't do consecutive posts.
