In a single post one can add upto 4 of the following (can give same item multiple times):

10. Any workout video from Youtube (< 10 min). Provide link. (Prefer booty workout / lower body, but will accept any workout).
11. Holding chair position for 1 min.
12. Holding plank for 1 min.
13. Holding murgasan for 1 min.
14. 20 spanks on balls with my hands.
15. 15 spanks on asshole with rubber end of the wire.
16. 5 spanks on asshole with sharp end of the wire.
17. 45 sec side plank. (left).
18. 45 sec side plank (right).
19. 35 non-stop squat pulses.
20. Hold leg raise for 1 min.

* Can't do consecutive posts. You can post again after my reply.
* Rubber end hurts really bad, sharp end causes bruises.
