Keep me plugged

I have been challenged by a friend of mine, along with my girlfriend to post a challenge to see how long i will be plugged for.

Males can add two days and females 3, no consecutive posting allowed.

I'm also thinking about getting a new plug, any recommendations would be much appreciated
