Ok my weekly weigh in was yesterday too - and I’ve lost 3lbs and now 210 pounds - I’ve managed to exercise and avoided eating after 9pm in the past week but I drank on 5 days out of 7 so let myself down there - I await a suitable punishment for this misdemeanour.
Msx- we’ll done on the weight loss in the last week - walking will definitely help with this as long as you don’t overcompensate by eating more or badly- would you be interested in some upper body exercises to be given?
