Get your hands on an electric shock anal probe, like this one:

Also get a conductive gel used to ease the electric flow, if
not you may get an electrically unpleasant shock...

Give yourself a successively stronger stimulation with it,
starting from the lowest setting, slowly increasing the shock!

Then use it while among people, and shock yourself at the
highest level!
