* Hang the heaviest weight from your your scrotum that you can for as long as you can. Tie the string to hang it from only around your ball sack NOT the base of your penis. Be sure to tie it not too tight to restrict blood flow but just tight enough to not make it slip. State the weight and time that you did.

* Hold your ball sack tight at the base and then slap them with a plastic ruler, once per second, continuously as hard as you can. State the number of hits that you were able to take.

* Using clover clamps (or similar), hang the heaviest weight from your your labia that you can for as long as you can. State the weight and time that you did.

* Spread your legs and slap your vagina with a plastic ruler, once per second, continuously as hard as you can. State the number of hits that you were able to take.

* Coat your clit and labia, both inner and outer, entirely in a thick layer of toothpaste and keep it on as long as you can. State the time that you were able to do so.

* Do as many ruined orgasms as you can within a certain time frame. State the number and time you were able to do the in.

* Don't touch your vagina in any way - not even hygiene or scratching - for as long as you can continuously. State the time you were able to do this.
