Pee holding and enema dare
Get 1 litre of water.
Start a stopwatch and drink as much as you can in 10 seconds. Use the rest in an enema. Roll a 6 sided die or use random.org and hold it for that many half hours (eg rolling a 6 means hold for 3 hours). If you go to the toilet before that time then you have to accept a punishment from me or someone else. Enjoy!
