Yes there is a window in my room that faces directly towards the street on ground level. No there are no frat houses here. Yes there is a the entire outside of the dorm that faces various sections. One side faces the street, another faces a small road, another faces a neighborhood, and another faces the rest of the campus (but that side is always busy). There is also the center of the building (it is a huge square with a lawn in the middle) but there are cameras there. So it can be used, but only carefully since I don't know where the cameras are.
