I've got some ideas for a public dare. Hopefully it fits your likings:

Go for a walk, only wearing a short skirt and a tshirt, nothing else. Within your walk you have to edge 3 times: Once while lying on the ground, once while standing, and once while sitting on something. For all three edges you have to be completely naked, and every edge must be done at a different location. (You should not be able to see the place where you edged last from the place where you want to do the next edge.)
If you choose to do this dare, I am excited about the locations you choose and how it goes!
