34/2 is 17. So strip below the waist, and take your heaviest belt. Sit on the edge of a table, or a bed, as long as your legs are supported from hip to knee. Then with your leg supported and not moving, slowly strap the front of each leg 17 times. Hard as you can. But B is for back, so get up and lean over the table or bed and use the belt to strap the back of your legs.
This leaves your smooth, cool butt for the next punishment.
