[Dare] Loser has to ... (Hidden/semi public edition, 5 players at a time)

So I had an interesting idea on how to shake up loser has to threads. How this one works is that 5 people enter, with no forfeit determined yet. The 6th person to post 'ranks' the people on a hierarchy of 1-5. Everyone can give dares to the players below them (so #1 gives dares to everyone, and #5 can't give out dares to anyone). Also, the players MUST write reports to whoever dares them and anyonewho asks.

Example run:
Username1: I'm in first.
Username2: I'm second
Username3: Third!
Username4: Fourth right here
Username5: Fifth and final player

Next poster:
#1 is Username3 (gives dares to username5, 1, 4, and 2)
#2 is Username5 (gives dares to username1, 4, and 2)
#3 is Username1 (gives dares to username4 and 2)
#4 is Username4 (gives a dare to username2)
#5 is Username2 (doesn't give anyone dares)
